The AI Quick Check — workshop, materials and the result presentation to your leadership — costs €2,400 upfront. The second €2,400 is only charged if you decide to move ahead with a PoC. The risk of the early phases stays with us.
- Do we have to go through every phase?
- No. If you already know which use case comes first, you start directly with the pilot. If you need clarity first, you begin with the AI Quick Check. The roadmap shows the full path — you enter wherever you stand.
- What happens if the pilot doesn't meet expectations?
- You stop. Success criteria are defined in writing before the pilot starts — if they aren't met, the project ends with no follow-up costs. License fees only start once you go into production.
- How long does it take from first demo to production?
- Typical: 2 weeks Quick Check, 4–6 weeks pilot, then go-live depending on integration depth. From first conversation to your first use case running in production, 3–4 months is realistic — not years.
- How much time does our team need to invest?
- Far less than a classic IT project. Quick Check: a 2–4 hour workshop plus short interviews. Pilot: a handful of feedback sessions with the department. The build work is on us.
- Do we need an AI team or special infrastructure first?
- No. The platform brings the building blocks — data connections, knowledge layer, assistants, document generation. Your team needs expertise in its own processes, not AI expertise.
