Data pipelines and automation — in one system.
Flows moves millions of records continuously and automates processes event-driven — on one visual canvas. Article data daily, prices every minute, orders instantly: different cadences, one consistent dataset.
From single workflows to full data streams.
Classic workflow automation — one trigger, one run — is covered by Flows just as well as by tools built only for that. The difference shows at scale: sources with completely different update cycles — article master data daily, price lists every minute, orders in real time — arrive in parallel, get merged, deduplicated and validated. The result is one consistent dataset, not a chain of individual jobs.
- Continuous processing: millions of records per day, no batch windows
- Merge streams with different cadences into one consistent state
- Backpressure and buffering built in — load spikes delay, they don't break
- Guaranteed delivery: no record is lost, every record is traceable
- Triggered workflows and continuous streams — on the same canvas
Your whole process on one canvas. Every step traceable.
Pipelines and workflows are built on a visual canvas: sources, transforms, AI steps, targets — connected as building blocks instead of coded. Every step is configured individually and stays traceable in production: what's running right now, how fast, and what lands in review.
- Blocks for reading, transforming, enriching, routing, writing
- AI steps inside the flow: extraction, classification, matching
- Live view per step: throughput, status, review queue
- Versioning and rollback for every change to a flow
200+ connectors. And a guarantee for the rest.
ERP, databases, files, APIs, message queues, cloud storage — the systems that matter are covered.
Missing a connector to your system? We build it for free. It's in the contract — any-system compatibility, guaranteed.
Legacy system with no interface? Flows operates user interfaces automatically — data in, data out, even if the system was never built for integration.
A sample — over 200 connectors are available in total, from standard protocols to specialist systems.
Built to run for years.
Building a pipeline is the easy part. The real job is keeping it stable in production for years — which is why monitoring, traceability and error handling are core parts of Flows, not add-ons.
Throughput, latency, error rates — per flow and per step. Alerts before the business notices anything.
Every record carries its history: where it came from, what changed it, where it went.
Approval steps where people need to decide — queue, four-eyes principle, escalation.
Broken records land in defined error paths — the stream keeps running, nothing is lost.
From a hundred records a day to millions per hour — same pipeline, more capacity.
Who may change, start or view which flow? Role-based, with a complete audit trail.

- How is Flows different from workflow tools like n8n or Zapier?
- Workflow tools execute one run per trigger — fine for single events, unsuited for bulk data. Flows is additionally built for continuous high-volume streams: millions of records, multiple sources with different cadences, merged into one consistent dataset. Classic triggered workflows still work, of course.
- What happens if a connector to our system is missing?
- We build it for free. Any-system compatibility is part of the contract — and for legacy systems without an API there are RPA blocks that operate user interfaces automatically.
- How much do we have to code?
- For standard pipelines: nothing. Sources, transforms and targets are configured on the canvas. For edge cases you can embed custom script steps — that's the exception, not the rule.
- How reliable is processing under load spikes?
- Flows buffers incoming data and processes it with guaranteed delivery — load spikes cause delay, not data loss. Every record remains traceable through its provenance.
- Can business teams adjust flows themselves?
- Yes, within their permissions. Roles control who may change, start or only view a flow — every change is versioned and traceable through the audit trail.
